Created a standard delivery. After payment unable to schedule pickup. Only service point in Kallang. After long wait for customer service via chat I am told "Please be informed that we will only be able to arrange a pick up if there is a minimum of 10 orders for standard delivery. If you have less than 10 orders, you are required to drop off the parcel at our drop off point'. So please be aware. If you need your parcel to be picked up, you must place a 2 hour or 4 hour order which costs more, or have 10 or more orders. I would give this company a miss as an individual / occassional user. I will update this review after the delivery.
Poor service. They dont deserve not even 1 star. Poorest of the poorest delivery service i had encounter. Never get anupdate about my parcel. I sent them msg many times even their CS is so pooooooor.. my parcel shld be delivered just one day but they dlivered it 5 days after.. all stores shldn't picked u as their courier.. so horrible..
Online Tracking is useless , nothing is updated at all.
No hotline to call. Chat service is rubbish , keep says have not receive parcel from merchant when is at their warehouse. Suddenly delivered the package at doorstep and the online tracking still shown as pending schedule. Horrible service . Worst delivery company .
Do not understand why some biz want to change delivery company when the original was doing well. I used to receive my parcel on the 3rd day after placing order (order on mon n receive on wed). Now i still do not receive delivery updates even on the 3rd day!
Worst ever. It says “Next day deliver or 1-3 days”. I have waited for my parcel for 3 days and no updates at all. When I checked in again, told me that will be delivered by tomorrow. Please don’t bother to send the link to track the parcel when there will be no updates. How big is Singapore? Or how short handed are you?
Worse delivery company, lied about delivery status and delivered incorrect address.
Worst of all the person who accepted the incorrect cake delivery accepted it! Such a tragic thing happening on my in law birthday.
To all businesses outside, do not engage with them. Otherwise your brand equity and operation cost will increase.

HORRIBLE they are supposed to deliver my parcel yesterday before 7 pm. I PAID EXTRA TOO FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING too and still so unreliable. Waste people’s time I waited the entire day they never came to deliver NOTHING NO PARCEL!!! I think they STOLE MY PARCEL. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!
Secretlab uses Pickupp and boy the service is unreliable. Supposedly tracking service but i never received any news. The tracker is always on pending then suddenly the delivery is at my doorstep. Fortunately, my husband was at home to receive it. But it totally ruined the birthday surprise for my husband. Sigh.
